Dian Maya Puspitasari


Driven, passionate, and always on the lookout for new challenges; Dian Maya Puspitasari’s career as a Branding and Marketing Consultant started with a bang – and she isn’t showing any signs of slowing down.

With her current role as Associate Partner and Branding and Marketing Consultant at BIG Change Agency, Dian continues to establish herself as one of Indonesia’s most-recognized Branding and Marketing professionals.

Her specialized skills in business consultancy in the fields of entertainment, music, and sports, is built upon her years of experience in those sectors as well as her educational background in Business Management.

“I work upon this concept I call Addiction Before Adoption, in which we shape a market’s ‘addiction’ towards a brand, ensuring brand loyalty and consistent sales and engagement towards all of that brand’s products and activations,” she explains thoughtfully.

Beginning with her role as a co-founder of the premiere lifestyle website GeeksBible.com in 2010 to establishing the influential shoe-returnishing business ShoeBible, Dian’s career is made up of endless creative bursts, a strong understanding of brand identity, and a large and variable network.

These skills has landed her influential positions at globally-renowned brands such as Nike Indonesia (as Field Marketing Lead) and forward thinking creative enterprise like lndoestri (as Instructor of Ideation Workshop).

Her client list is equally impressive. They include major names from various fields, such as Kalbe Farma, Wardah, HIJUP, Harian Kompas, XL Axiata, Indosat, BNI, Fujifilm, Kereta Api Indonesia, Danone and even big names in entertainment like TULUS and Andien Aisyah.

In addition, Dian is also a Stakeholder Engagement at Yayasan Lari Nusantara (NusantaRun), a running-based fundraising movement and leads the Musicprenuer: Branding & Marketing for Musicians program at the esteemed Erwin Gutawa Music School.

Dian has also won and been nominated for numerous awards. In the past, her work for GeeksBible.com garnered her a Big 5 candidates for British Council Indonesia Young Creative Music Entrepreneur Award 2014 nomination in 2014, while her team’s popular #BajakJKT campaign resulted in the Nike South-East Asia Maxim Award in 2014.

More recently, Dian received the Runhood Mag Reader’s Choice Awards for her work for the Borobudur Marathon 2017 and NusantaRun project between 2015-2017.

With these wealth of accolades and experience on her sleeve, Dian has established new department at BIG Change Agency, Business in Entertainment, Media, and Sports, in which she showcases her much-touted disruptive approach skills.
