Tizar Shahwirman


Tizar is a Brand Strategist who is extremely passionate in Strategic Branding, Travelling, Gaming and Youth Leadership.

His passion especially in strategic branding boosts him to be a problem solver who enjoys connecting the dots in the area of branding and marketing. He loves constructing the scattered puzzle effectively and efficiently through numerous conceptual-pragmatic approaches. His inner spark toward branding leads him to join BIG Change Agency in order to compassionately help clients solve problem and/or identify opportunities across industries, from Financial Service, Media, and Fast Moving Consumer Goods, to Entertainment industry. His client list includes prominent brands such as BNI, Danone Indonesia, Harian Kompas, Xdana Mutual Fund, Thamrin Group, ILP, and Erwin Gutawa Music School.

Prior to beginning his career in management consulting, he was selected among 60 top talents across Indonesia as one of the awardees of Young Leaders for Indonesia, a leadership development platform initiated by McKinsey & Company. In addition, He used to serve AIESEC Prasetiya Mulya (President) and AIESEC Indonesia (Organization Capacity Builder in Marketing), a non-governmental not-for-profit global organization focusing on youth leadership development.

He graduated from Prasetiya Mulya Business School as one of the outstanding graduates majoring in Brand and Marketing Management.
